Privacy Policy

1. Data protection at a glance

Protecting your personal data is important to us. Personal data is processed on this website only to the technically necessary extent and in the context of your enquiries, in accordance with applicable data protection law, in particular the GDPR and the German Federal Data Protection Act.

2. Controller

Oleksandr Zaporozhets, Vogelstr. 20, 66538 Neunkirchen, Saarland, Germany. Phone: +49 155 65013269. Email: domen@meinrozvutok.de

3. Hosting and technical provision

This website is hosted on the Lovable platform (Lovable Labs Incorporated) and delivered via its content delivery infrastructure. When the site is accessed, technical data such as IP address, date and time of access, requested resource, referrer, browser and device information may be processed in server log data. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR (secure and trouble-free operation). All fonts used (Inter, Plus Jakarta Sans) are served locally from this server; no fonts are requested from Google and no connection to fonts.googleapis.com or fonts.gstatic.com takes place.

4. Contact by email and phone

If you contact us by email or phone, the details you provide (e.g. name, contact data, content of the enquiry) are processed to handle your request. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR for contract-related enquiries, otherwise Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR.

5. Taxi and project enquiry form

When you submit the taxi enquiry form, your entries (name, phone number, email address, pickup, destination and message) are transmitted to the form service Web3Forms, which forwards the enquiry to us by email. No storage in our own database takes place. For the project enquiry form, your entries are still transferred locally on your device into a prepared email and sent via your own email application. The purpose in each case is to process your enquiry; legal basis Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR. Enquiries are deleted once they are no longer needed and no statutory retention obligations apply.

6. Form service Web3Forms

We use the Web3Forms service to transmit the taxi enquiry form. On submission, the form data you entered and technically necessary connection data (e.g. IP address) are transferred to Web3Forms servers and delivered from there as an email to our configured recipient address. Web3Forms processes the data solely to deliver the enquiry. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR or Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR (efficient handling of enquiries). An invisible honeypot field is additionally used for spam protection.

7. Backend / database

This website does not operate its own database or user account system. No personal data is stored in a database.

8. Map / OpenStreetMap (consent-based)

In the contact area, a map from OpenStreetMap (OpenStreetMap Foundation, United Kingdom) can be displayed as an embedded frame. The map is not loaded automatically: before your consent you only see a local placeholder and no connection to OpenStreetMap takes place. Only when you enable the „External content“ category or click „Load map“ is the frame loaded from openstreetmap.org; your IP address as well as browser and device information are then transmitted to OpenStreetMap. Legal basis is your consent (Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR, Sec. 25 (1) TDDDG), which you can withdraw at any time via „Privacy settings“ in the footer.

9. Cookies / local storage and consent management

This website does not set its own cookies for advertising purposes. Technically necessary entries stored in your browser’s local storage are: your language selection (key „lt_lang“) and your privacy choice (key „lt_consent_v1“, containing version, time of the decision and whether statistics or external content are allowed). No personal profile is created from this. Legal basis for this necessary storage is Sec. 25 (2) TDDDG or Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR. Further storage technologies (in particular Google Analytics cookies) are only set after your consent. Session storage is not used.

10. Analytics / tracking (Google Analytics 4)

Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-8F9QCS6XHB, provider Google Ireland Limited) may be used on this website. The script from googletagmanager.com is only loaded and executed after you have consented to the „Statistics“ category in the privacy settings. Without consent, after „Necessary only“ or before any decision, Google Analytics is not loaded, no analytics cookies are set and no analytics data is transmitted. After consent, usage data such as pages viewed, time of access, shortened IP address and browser and device information are processed. Legal basis is your consent (Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR, Sec. 25 (1) TDDDG). You can withdraw your consent at any time via „Privacy settings“ in the footer; Google Analytics is then disabled and the analytics cookies set by this project are removed as far as technically possible. No Meta Pixel and no Google Tag Manager are used.

11. External links

This website contains links to external services (e.g. WhatsApp, Sedo). When you follow such links, the privacy policies of the respective providers apply; we have no influence on their data processing.

12. Legal bases

Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR for handling enquiries and pre-contractual measures, Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR for technical operation, security and map integration, Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR for technologies requiring consent.

13. Storage period

Personal data is stored only as long as necessary for the respective purpose or as required by statutory retention periods. Afterwards the data is deleted.

14. Recipients of personal data

Recipients are the hosting provider (Lovable), Web3Forms when the taxi enquiry form is submitted, your own email provider for the project enquiry form and – in each case only after your consent – OpenStreetMap when the map is loaded and Google in the context of Google Analytics. No other service providers are used. Fonts are served locally from our own server; there is no connection to Google Fonts.

15. Transfers to third countries

When using Google Analytics and the hosting infrastructure, processing of personal data in the USA cannot be excluded. The providers concerned base such transfers on the EU standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

16. Rights of data subjects

You have the right to information, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability (where applicable), objection to processing based on legitimate interests, and the right to withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, for example the Independent Data Protection Centre of Saarland.

17. SSL/TLS encryption

This website is delivered via HTTPS and uses SSL/TLS encryption to protect the transmission of content between your browser and the server.
